Capacity and Configuration
The number of different configurations of the Hordern Pavilion mirror the range of events we have hosted over the years – everything from concerts (both General Admission and Reserved Seating) and exhibitions to gala functions and sporting events. You name it – the Hordern has probably done it!
Our capacity varies for different configurations;

Ticketing
We provide ticketing services as part of our venue offering and we choose to use Ticketek as our ticketing partner

For functions at the Hordern, you are able to choose from a panel of six gold licence caterers.They are:

- Pearl Catering
Corporate Partners
Playbill Venue Management has supply agreements in place with Lion Nathan for beer, Schweppes for soft drink and juices and Diageo for spirits. All beverages must be ordered by your appointed caterer through Playbill Venue Management.
Security
Our partner for security services is I-SEC Group.
