Contractor & Producer Safety Assessment
The following health & safety matters are MANDATORY and must be managed for EVERY event regardless of the type of Event.
As the Event Organiser it is your responsibility to ensure that these items have been dealt with and any requested documents are forwarded to your Playbill Venues Event Manager no later then 5 days prior to the Event.
1. PLAYBILL VENUES SAFETY INDUCTION (ONLINE)
All working personnel/contractors/visitors and performers involved in your Event must be holders of a valid safety induction card issued by Playbill Venues. All persons can do this online. Induction cards are valid for 18mths from date of issue.
2. CONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE
All Contractors/Employers and self employed persons who work on the Event (including yourself) must be registered as compliant with Playbill Venues prior to commencing work. In order to be considered compliant and have your name added to our WH&S register, ALL contractors must complete an WH&S Assessment form and provide certain health and safety information.
3. EVENT SPECIFIC OH&S DOCUMENTS
You will be asked for Event specific WH&S documents. These may include a detailed risk assessment, a medical and security brief, Engineering sign –off on structures etc. Your Playbill Venues Event Manager will request documents relevant to your Event once we have an understanding of the hazards associated with your event.
